+ Do we have to pay to go on the trip/do we need a budget?

Yes, while being on the Web Series doesn't cost anything, you must have a budget to travel to the location with us to where the filming is happening. We have purposefully chosen destinations as low as the $1000s (Cuba) all the way up to $5000+ (Antarctica). The price is NOT what is listed on our website as we will be helping to supplement the cost based on our trip expenses + the budget of the applicant (which should be notated on the application form). You must have some sort of budget to work with.

+ Does the budget I select cover 1 trip or all of the trips? Does it cover international airfare?

The budget you select covers all the in country costs for the trip you are selected for (NOT all the trips) and international airfare cost will vary depending on where you are traveling from...

+ Other than being on the web series, is there a benefit to being chosen?

It's a Web TV series, so the benefits would be similar to being cast for any show. You get to travel with incredible people (including our founder) and be a part of a show that will reach millions of people! It's unscripted and behind the scenes, so it won't interrupt the flow of the trip and you will play a role in showing a new destination, culture, and ideas to aspiring travelers and innovators around the world.

+ Do I have to be an Influencer?

No! This is not an Influencer Trip, we are casting all varieties of people and backgrounds!

+ Are you truly seeking a diverse group -- or are you focusing on the 20 something person who spends a lot of time on social media?

Yes! We are casting a variety of different people and ages to join us on the trips (it is an unscripted, behind the scenes, series - so we want authenticity and diversity). e want all ages, all background/career types, and ethnicities, etc…! This is not an influencer Trip, but a series focused on Innovation, Ideation, and Impact that comes from crossing borders. The average age for the show we expect to be 30-60 years old .

+ Is this a full time gig? Can I join more than one trip?

We are selecting different people for each trip, so you only need to be available for the dates on the trip that you apply / are selected for (i.e. the Trip that you will be joining us on). You can join up to 2-3 Trips - depending on what our Casting Team decides, so feel free to apply for multiple destinations. It is not a call for a full time job

+ Will I (the traveler) have to document the experience?

We will have a team both leading and documenting the trip (you are not expected to do this), it is unscripted, behind the scenes series about innovation, ideation, and impact around the world. We want you to be focused on being immersed in the local culture, experiencing the location, and thus sharing your learnings!

+ When is the deadline to apply? When will I hear back if I was selected?

The sooner the better! We will be closing applications after 1 week (20th December) before the Christmas Holidays, so we can announce who is selected by the end of the year! If you are selected, you will hear back no later than 5 January 2020.

+ Why won’t my form/application submit?

We have many submissions coming so the form is working, but you may need to refresh the page if you experience any problems!
