About Regina Trailweaver
“Growing up in Europe, Africa, and Asia as the child of a diplomat, I became aware of social justice issues at a young age. While living inThailand, at age 16, I began my lifelong study of yoga. I am now a social worker and certified 200-E level yoga teacher, offering a practice infused by my experience of the world as one community, our planet as a beautiful paradise, and our selves as unlimited potential.
We will explore the history and culture of Denmark, small in size and large in leadership and influence. A land of ancient Celtic culture, Denmark is now one of the most democratic and peaceful nations in the world, committed to environmental protection and healthy living. Each day we will enjoy the beautiful cities, towns, villages, coast, and countryside. Every morning and afternoon you will be offered the option to spend some time turning inward.
